This is what I read today, written by Oswald Chambers. But why do we think and talk about Jesus such a little? Why not get nearer? Maybe we could do it today?

Oswald Chambers dice que las preguntas verdaderamente esenciales de nuestra vida son muy pocas y que a todas ellas Jesús responde de la misma manera - Ven a mí. El Señor no nos da una lista de cosas que debemos o no debemos hacer, Él nos dice solamente que vengamos a Él. Si yo simplemente voy a Jesús, dice Chambers, habrá una harmonía entre mi vida real y mis deseos reales. Ya no voy a pecar más, y voy a ver el canto del Señor levantándose en mi vida.

Pero ¿por qué solemos pensar y hablar de Jesús tan poco? ¿Por qué no le acercamos más? ¿Podríamos hacerlo hoy?)

Hay que ser valiente y hay que vivir / You need to have courage and you need to live

Es verano.

Hay que hacer bastante.

Matar mosquitos.
Comer salchicha.
Leer.
Dormir bien.
Trabajar (sí, ya no voy a tener vacaciones antes de octubre).
Estudiar bastante.
Tocar música.
Aprender música. Ritmos, ¡sí señores!
Cocinar.
Viajar.
Jugar fútbol, meterme en canoa, trepar por las paredes.
Nadar.
Buscarle a Dios.
Ver gente.
Estar no más. Sentar afuera, tomar café, escuchar.

Vivir se llama todo esto, supongo. Hay que vivir.



It is summer.

I have some things to do.

I'm planning to
kill mosquitoes,
eat sausages,
read,
sleep well,
work (yes, there'll be no vacation before october I think),
study quite a lot,
play music and learn it more,
cook,
travel,
play football, canoe, climb on the walls,
swim,
seek God,
see people,
just be - sit outside, drink coffee, listen.

I think this is called living. Living is important.

Reencuentros, en espera de los por venir
La belleza, la bondad de toda esa gente



Tan agradecida


(After all the cities mentioned above, was too tired to visit Oulu.

Anyway, spent too many hours in the train, celebrated my sister who was graduated, enjoyed the family, remembered many things and was amazed by all those roots I have in me.

Attended Missions Festival in a weather too cold, waited for a night bus for an hour, meeted people, enjoyed the arts, remembered more things, more roots, those of my people as well.

Had long and peaceful mornings, experienced the metro, the football, got lost on the way, and oh, that music from my America, all those rhythms.

Saw so many babies, those of my friends, meeted loved ones again, already waiting for the next time.

Got amazed by the beauty, by the kindness of all that people.

Got so thankful.)
